Lead Generation Performance — Graphs Guide
A quick breakdown of how to read the activity charts that show your lead generation trends.
Users can switch between different timeline filters to view their performance:
| Time Range | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| 24H | Lead activity from the last 24 hours, hour-by-hour. |
| 7D | Trends across the past 7 days, helpful for weekly comparison. |
| 15D | Mid-range overview to spot short-term growth patterns. |
| 30D | A full monthly snapshot showing long-term consistency. |
These options let users see both real-time progress and overall performance.
The horizontal timeline displays key hours of the day:
00:00 → 04:00 → 08:00 → 12:00 → 16:00 → 20:00
These timestamps help users understand when activity peaks — such as morning, afternoon, or late-night scanning patterns.
This scale shows the amount of activity recorded during each time segment. The numbers don’t represent anything specific — they’re purely visual indicators of how high or low your lead-count activity was.
Each line in the graph represents a different type of lead activity.
| Category | What It Represents |
|---|---|
| Total Leads | The overall number of leads detected during the selected timeline. |
| Business | Leads associated with professional or company domains. |
| Local | Leads linked to public or personal email providers. |
| Duplicates | Addresses that re-appeared across different scans. |
| Unique Domains | The count of distinct website domains where leads were detected. |
These categories help users understand not just how many leads were detected, but what type they were and how diverse the collected data is.
Lead Statistics — Guide
A simple overview that helps users understand the “Top Leads” section of the dashboard.
This area gives users a summarized view of their highest-performing lead data based on the selected filters. It’s designed to show which regions or segments are producing the strongest results.
This filter lets users view lead performance across every country combined, or switch to specific countries depending on what they want to analyze. When "All Countries" is selected, the system displays a global overview. Users can switch to a specific country to see more detailed, region-based insights.
If the message “No data available for this selection.” appears, it simply means there aren’t any leads matching the chosen filter yet (e.g., no results for a specific country or no data collected in the timeframe). It’s not an error — it just indicates that the selected category has no entries at the moment.
