Learn how to use filters to organize your leads into targeted lists. The Leads page lets you sort, filter, and take action on all your collected email contacts.

Leads Table

The main Leads Table is where all your data lives. Each row shows the website logo, site name, verified email, and location tags (Category, Country, City) so you can quickly identify and sort your contacts.

Live Updates

Data appears instantly as the Chrome Extension finishes each scan.

Auto-Tagging

Leads are automatically tagged based on your dashboard targeting settings.

Data Quality

Invalid and placeholder emails are filtered out during the extraction process.

Filter Options

All Emails

How It Works

Shows every unique email collected during all your scanning sessions. This is your full database before any filtering is applied.

When To Use

Use this view when you want to see everything. Good for audits or when you need the biggest possible list.

Unique Domains

How It Works

Shows only one email per unique business website. If multiple emails were found on the same site, only the primary one is kept.

When To Use

Best for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) where you want to contact unique companies without sending to multiple people at the same company.

Duplicate Detection

How It Works

Compares your current leads against your history to find repeats. High duplicates usually mean your search queries are too similar.

When To Use

Use the 'Remove Duplicates' button here to clean your list. This protects your sender reputation and keeps your database tidy.

Local / Personal Emails

How It Works

Separates free email addresses from professional company domains. This lets you create different outreach strategies for each group.

When To Use

Target small business owners and freelancers who use personal email for work. These contacts need a more personal approach.

Bulk Actions

Copy Emails

Copy selected email addresses to your clipboard. The system automatically cleans up formatting so they paste cleanly into any email tool.

Delete Leads

Remove unwanted or low-quality leads from your list permanently. Keeps your database clean and focused on real prospects.

Move to Export

Move selected leads to the Export Center for final review. From there, download your curated list as XLSX, CSV, or PDF.

Save to Backup

Save valuable leads to your permanent Backup folder. (PRO Feature) This ensures you never lose important contacts even after clearing your active list.
