How Automatic Syncing Works

How It Works
ENCRYPTED

"The main process for saving and protecting your leads permanently."

  • Runs in the Background: The backup system works automatically. It watches your live leads and saves new ones without you needing to do anything.

  • Encrypted Storage: Every saved lead is encrypted in the database, keeping your data secure and private.

  • Removes Duplicates: Before saving a lead, the system checks if it already exists. Duplicate entries are removed to keep your database clean.

  • Real-Time Sync: Once connected, the backup stays in sync with your scraping sessions, creating a permanent record of every contact found.

Folder Size & Organization

How It Works
ENCRYPTED

"How much data each backup folder can hold and how it's organized."

  • 1,500 Leads Per Folder: Each backup folder can store up to 1,500 verified leads. This keeps searches fast and exports quick.

  • Organized in Segments: Data is stored in 5 internal segments per folder, which prevents data loss and allows for easy recovery.

  • 1MB Limit Per Segment: Each segment has a 1MB size limit to keep your dashboard loading fast, even with thousands of leads.

  • Folder Full Alert: When a folder reaches 1,500 leads, you'll see a 'Limit Reached' status, letting you know to create a new one.

Getting Started

Create a Folder

Go to Backup Emails. Click 'Create New Folder' to start. You can only create new folders once existing ones are full.

Enable Auto-Sync

Go to Backup Settings. Select your folder and turn on 'Auto-Sync'. The system will start saving leads immediately.

Start Collecting

As the Chrome Extension finds leads, the system saves them to your folder in batches of 10 to keep things efficient.

Bulk Import

Import Large Lists

The Bulk Import tool lets you add up to 10,000 emails at once. This is ideal for moving existing CRM data into the system, where duplicates are automatically removed.

Steps
  • Select a Backup Folder
  • Set Industry & Location Tags
  • Click "Add to Backup"

Your Data Is Always Safe

Your backup emails are saved permanently. Even if you clear your live leads or uninstall the extension, your backups remain accessible from your dashboard and can be exported to PDF, CSV, or XLSX.
