A PRO feature that serves as your lifetime, de-duplicated master database. It automatically prevents duplicate entries and allows for manual bulk additions.
How to Enable Automatic Email Backup
Follow these steps to set up automatic backups for your scraped leads.
Automatic backup is a premium feature. Ensure you have an active PRO plan to use it. You can upgrade from the Credits & Billing page.
Navigate to the "Backup Emails" page on your dashboard. Click "Create New Folder" and give it a name. Each folder can store up to 1,000 unique emails. You can create as many folders as you need.
Once you have a folder, go to the "Backup Settings" section. Enable the "Automatic Backup" switch, select your newly created folder from the dropdown, and choose how often you want the backup to trigger (e.g., every 50 emails). The system will now automatically copy new leads to this folder.
How to Use Bulk Add
Manually add a list of emails for a specific company into your permanent storage.
- Select Folder: Choose a destination folder for your emails.
- Enter Company Details: Fill in the Company Name, City, Country, and Category.
- Paste Emails: In the text area, paste your list of emails, with one email per line. You can add up to 10,000 at a time.
- Add to Backup: Click the "Add to Backup" button. The system will process your list, skip any duplicates already in that folder, and save the new emails.
