Dashboard Overview Guide
A complete explanation of every metric shown on your main dashboard. This helps users understand what each value represents and how it reflects their activity inside the software — without exposing any internal logic, formulas, or backend behavior.
Total Emails (Total-E)
- This number shows the overall count of every email address your software has detected during all your scanning activities.
- It includes all types of emails: personal, business, repeated ones, etc.
- It represents the total volume of email data you’ve gathered.
- This metric gives users a sense of how active they’ve been and how much raw data their searches have produced.
Business Emails (Business-E)
- This value highlights emails that belong to professional or company domains (for example: support@brand.com).
- These emails are typically used by businesses, organizations, or professional teams.
- They’re commonly used for B2B outreach, client acquisition, partnerships, and professional communication.
- This metric helps users measure the quality and professional relevance of the contacts they are collecting.
Local Emails (Local-E)
- This count represents email addresses linked to popular public email providers, such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.
- These are often used for personal use, small business operations, or freelancers.
- While not always business-focused, they can still be valuable depending on your goals.
- This metric helps users separate personal-level contacts from business-related ones.
Unique Domains (Domains-M)
- This shows the number of distinct website domains from where at least one email has been detected (example: “apple.com”, “nike.com”).
- It reflects the variety of sources you’ve explored.
- A higher number means your searches have reached a wider range of websites or companies.
- This helps users understand how diverse their outreach pool is and how many different online sources have been tapped.
Duplicate Emails (Duplicate-E)
- This indicates how many email addresses appeared more than once in your scanning history.
- Duplicate counts help users understand if they’ve been scanning similar pages or sources repeatedly.
- It can highlight repetitive searches, heavy research on certain sites, or content that appears across multiple pages.
- This metric is useful for keeping contact lists clean and preventing unnecessary clutter.
Credits Left
- This shows the remaining credits in the user’s account.
- Credits represent the available capacity they have to continue using scanning features.
- If this number gets low, users may need to refill or purchase more credits to keep working without interruption.
- Think of credits as the “energy meter” that powers their email collection workflow.
