  • Currency Display: The wallet shows both PKR and USD amounts. Exchange rates update every hour.

  • Processing Fee: A small 3% fee is applied to all purchases to cover platform costs.

  • Password Required: Every purchase requires your password. Higher-tier accounts also need a Security Key (2FA).

  • Non-Refundable: Funds added to the wallet are used as platform credits and cannot be refunded.

  • Daily Free Credits: Every account gets 100 free credits every day at midnight (UTC).

  • Credits Don't Expire: Standard credit packages last forever, so you can save them for when you need them.

  • Low Balance Alert: You'll get a warning when your credits drop below 20 so you can top up in time.

  • Review Time: Top-ups are manually verified within 30-60 minutes during business hours.

  • Proof Required: Include your Transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment receipt.

  • Bank Profile First: You need to set up a verified Bank Profile before making your first top-up.

  • Security: Multiple incorrect Transaction IDs will temporarily lock the top-up feature for 24 hours.
