My Profile Guide

Your personal hub for managing wallet balance, credits, profile information, and support. This guide breaks down each tab to help you get the most out of your account management tools.

My Balance
Your wallet balance is the central hub for all financial activities on the platform. It's funded through verified top-up requests and is used to purchase credit packages and PRO features.
  • Usage: Use this balance to buy credit packs or subscribe to PRO plans from the 'Credits & Billing' page.
  • Currency: All balances and transactions are processed in the currency displayed (e.g., PKR).
  • Non-Refundable: Please note that wallet funds are non-refundable and can only be used for services on the platform.
  • Security: All transactions from your balance are secure and may require password (and security key, if enabled) confirmation.

How it works:

  1. Go to the "Payment Transaction" tab to find the Finance Manager's payment details.
  2. Send your payment and save the transaction ID and a screenshot of the receipt.
  3. Click "Add Balance" or go to the "Top-Up Wallet" tab, fill in the form with the exact details, and upload your receipt.
  4. Wait for our finance team to verify the payment. Once approved, the funds will be added to your balance, and you will receive a notification.
Credits
Credits are the currency you use for the core actions on our platform, such as scraping and verifying emails. Your credit balance is displayed here.
  • Usage: Credits are consumed for actions like scraping new leads or running emails through the Verification Center.
  • No Expiry: Standard credits purchased for your account do not expire, even if your PRO plan does.
  • Topping Up: You can purchase more credits from the Credits & Billing page using your available wallet balance.
Subscription & Usage
This section provides a real-time overview of your credit consumption and plan status, helping you manage your activity effectively.
  • Daily Usage Limit: This shows how many credits you've used in the current 24-hour cycle against your daily limit. This limit is in place to prevent accidental, rapid credit depletion.
  • Reset Timer: The daily usage counter automatically resets to zero every day at midnight (UTC).
  • Monthly Purchase Limit: This tracks the total number of credits you've purchased in the current calendar month against the platform-wide limit.
  • Upgrade Options: This section also displays the available PRO plans, offering a clear path to upgrade your account for higher limits and more features.
My Orders
View a complete, detailed history of all your credit and feature package purchases. This helps you keep track of your spending and plan future purchases.
  • Order Details: Each order card shows the package name, the number of credits purchased (if any), the purchase date, and whether the plan is still active.
  • Status Indicator: 'Active' means the features of a purchased plan are currently available. 'Expired' means the plan's duration (e.g., 30 days for a PRO plan) has passed.
  • Time Left: For time-based plans, a progress circle and text will show you exactly how much time is remaining on your subscription.
Top-Up Wallet
This is the primary form for adding funds to your wallet. Accurate information is critical for fast verification.
  • Amount: Enter the exact amount you sent to the Finance Manager.
  • Transaction ID: Copy and paste the unique transaction ID from your payment receipt.
  • Payment Receipt: Upload a clear screenshot or image of your payment confirmation.
  • Terms & Policies: You must agree to our terms before submitting your request.
  • Important Note: Submitting fake or incorrect payment information will lead to the rejection of your request and may result in account suspension.
Payment Transaction
This section contains the official bank account or NayaPay details of our Finance Manager. Use this information exclusively to send payments for your top-up requests.
  • Accuracy is Key: Double-check all details before sending a payment to ensure it is processed correctly.
  • Security: Do not share these payment details with anyone. This information is for your use only.
  • Official Channel: This is the only official channel for making payments. Do not send payments to any other account.
Invoices
Access and download detailed, professional invoices for all of your past purchases. This is essential for your accounting, expense tracking, and business records.
  • Downloadable PDFs: Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF with a single click.
  • Detailed Information: Invoices include the date, description of the purchase, amount paid, and your user details.
Chat with Support
Get direct, one-on-one assistance from our support team for any questions, issues, or feedback you may have.
  • Real-Time Help: This is a live chat feature, not an email form. Get answers quickly.
  • History: Your conversation history is saved, so you can always refer back to previous discussions.
  • File Sharing: You can share images or screenshots directly in the chat to help our team diagnose issues more effectively.
